Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all payments made on kmsparamedical.in, operated by VISION FOUNDATION KMS TRUST.1. Scope
This policy covers online courses, admission guidance, study materials, and other paramedical/healthcare education services.
2. Cancellation by User
You may request cancellation by emailing info@kmsparamedical.in with your order/payment details. Cancellation is effective only after written confirmation from us.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if:
- • Request is made within 15 days of payment.
- • Course/service access has not been used or downloaded.
- • Duplicate or excess payment was made.
- • Technical failure prevented access and we cannot resolve it.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- • Course access, materials, or services have been used/downloaded.
- • The course is completed.
- • Request is made after the refund window.
- • The user violates our Terms & Conditions.
- • Payment gateway or bank charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by Us
We may cancel a service due to technical, legal, or operational reasons. In such cases, eligible users may receive a full or partial refund.
6. Refund Process
- • Email refund request to info@kmsparamedical.in.
- • Include: Name, registered email, phone, payment ID, date, amount, reason.
- • We will verify and respond within 10–15 working days.
- • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via CCAvenue.
- • Refund credit time: 7–10 working days after approval, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
